Your submitted data will be stored in our website online system and your email address can be automatically synced with our MailChimp/Mailelite and account/list to update you in the future.

You agree that several the provisions of our terms and conditions and Member License Agreement may affect your privacy; therefore, our Terms & Conditions and Member Agreement are incorporated herein by reference.

You also agree that you will uphold and respect our complete ownership of our content, trade names and materials, which are more fully defined and described as “Names” and “Materials” in our Member License Agreement with you, and you agree to fully uphold your duties and obligations to us under our license to you of our Materials as described in that agreement.

Retention of personal information

We will not keep your personal information for longer than we need to. In most cases, this means that we will only retain your personal information for the duration of your relationship with us unless we are required to retain your personal information to comply with applicable laws, for example record-keeping obligations.

Acumedica and Cathryn Costa will endeavour to keep your personal information accurate, complete, and up to date. If you wish to make a request to access and / or correct the personal information we hold about you, you should make a request by contacting us and we will usually respond within 7 days.
